1. In order to have a healthy body you must keep a good diet and exercise everyday, avoiding and reducing fast food and candies.

And the convetional its the branch of the medicine classic (drugs, syrups and sera), but is expensive.
3. Try to relax smell and eat a chocolate and practice yoga and Tai-chi or a cup of tea, these remedies are useful for stressed people.
To keep myself healthy if drink a lot of tea I love it and is got for my stomach, I dance, walk every day and I do all the possibility to avoid fast food, I’m vegetarian so it isn’t so difficult, but sometimes I don’t stop to eat popcorns or eat cookies that aren’t healthy at all.
ResponderEliminarI would prefer both, the most of the conventional medicines are pills so if you don’t have time to go to any place you just take it, and you know for what it’s. I love alternative medicine because in some way it keeps you active, you have to do something and it can solve many problems that the conventional medicine couldn’t solve, but at the same time because is something new it’s expensive.
Scream, move your body, and look for some videos that makes you smile and laugh, eat works to, but eat fruits something not heavy.
1-To maintain a healthy lifestyle people should aim for, eating healthy, do excercise two or three times a week, drink many water and attend checkups. To keep me healthy, I've been eating a healthy diet every day,meals with lots of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and also drink water when is posible, this keeps me hydrated and also helps me to eliminate the toxins that are accumulated in my body, and also i do exercise twice per week.

3-Some of my suggestions are: use methods such as yoga, the spa, and performing an activity of your choice, sharing with friends and family, do other activities that will clear their minds, and depending of the thoughts of each and every one.

2. Personally, I prefer alternative medicine because it is natural treatment that is more relaxing and healthier because not ingested drugs that can hurt us to our own body. The advantage is that the body is really relaxed and healed and a disadvantage is that it can be very expensive treatments that not everyone can afford.
